BENJAMIN R. REDER is a founding member of the law firm of Reder & Feig LLP. His practice focuses on motion picture financing, development, production, distribution and acquisition. He represents studios, production companies, distributors, completion bond companies, financiers and rights holders.

Mr. Reder brings extensive experience to this practice. He has represented a number of leading film and entertainment companies and studios in connection with the financing of motion pictures ranging in budget from $5 million - $70 million, acquisition of literary properties, motion picture production and distribution, completion guaranty and interparty issues, corporate formation and maintenance and guild arrangements for off-balance sheet financed films. He has also advised technology and content providers in the new media world.

Before founding Reder & Feig, Mr. Reder was a partner in the Entertainment Law Group of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. Previously, he spent four years as vice president of business affairs for a prominent film company where he handled all legal and business affairs aspects of the company's independent feature film production and distribution. Mr. Reder began his career as a corporate and transactional entertainment attorney at a major international law firm.

Mr. Reder received both his law and undergraduate degrees from Harvard. He is a member of the California and Massachusetts bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

GLENN D. FEIG has provided full service legal production counsel on over 150 motion picture productions during his tenure as an entertainment attorney. He has represented dozens of domestic and foreign independent motion picture production companies, distributors, sales agents and financiers, as well as writers, directors, and actors. He has extensive experience in the structuring, negotiating and drafting of agreements that govern domestic and foreign production deals, international co-productions, the acquisition of rights, above and below-the-line talent, motion picture financing and loan procurement, completion bonds and various musical services, as well as merchandising, licensing, the clearance of rights and new media issues. Mr. Feig also possesses an expertise in dealing with the Screen Actors Guild, the Writers Guild of America and the Directors Guild of America and advises the firm's clients regarding all necessary interactions with those guilds.

Prior to founding his own firm in May of 2001, Mr. Feig was an associate with the law firm of Barab, Kline & Coate LLP, specializing in entertainment law. He also spent two years as a business representative at the Screen Actors Guild, where he signed independent producers to the SAG Basic Agreement, filed and settled grievances on behalf of performers and authored interpretive rulings on the various SAG c ollective bargaining agreements.

Mr. Feig is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the U.S.C. Entertainment Law Institute Planning Committee and has given lectures on independent filmmaking at U.C.L.A. Extension and at Southwestern University School of Law's Entertainment Law Symposium. Additionally, he raises money on behalf of the Starlight Children's Foundation, the Leukemia Society and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mr. Feig received a degree in Economics from the University of California at San Diego, and his juris doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law.

TARA SENIOR recently joined the firm as an associate in April of 2005. Ms. Senior practice focuses on transactional entertainment law, including negotiating and drafting rights acquisition, licensing, above and below-the-line talent and production agreements. Ms. Senior has advised both employers and employees in the entertainment industry including, production companies, talent and crew, on labor and employment law issues as they pertain to the entertainment industry, particularly with the employment of minors in the entertainment industry, and has worked with the Department of Labor Standards and Enforcement to protect the employment rights of her clients.

Ms. Senior received her B.S. from the University of Maryland in 1999 and her J.D. from Hofstra University in 2003 where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Senior is admitted to practice law in both California and New York and is a member of the Entertainment Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

SUSAN KAUFMAN joined the firm in December of 2005, returning to entertainment law after working in production. Immediately prior to joining Reder & Feig, she worked as an executive for Gran Via Productions working on such films as THE ALAMO, THE NOTEBOOK and THE LION THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE. Before venturing into producing, she spent five years at ICM, first as a business affairs attorney and later as an agent. Her practice focuses both on motion picture production (from development through distribution) and individual talent representation (i.e. writers, directors, producers and actors).

Ms. Kaufman received her undergraduate degree from Vassar College and her law degree from George Washington Law School. She is a member of both the New York and California bars.

MIKE PARK joined the firm in August of 2007. His practice focuses on all aspects of transactions in the entertainment industry including advising clients through all stages of (live action and animated) motion picture production. He also has experience with corporate and limited liability company formation and maintenance, drafting and negotiation of financing agreements and acquisition of literary property rights.

Mr. Park received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley where he graduated with a distinction in general scholarship. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated cum laude and is a member of the State Bar of California.

THOMAS S. RUBIN is an entertainment attorney and is of counsel to the entertainment law firm of Reder & Feig LLP. Mr. Rubin represents a range of clients in the areas of motion pictures and television, including production companies, distributors, writers, independent producers, and performers.

Mr. Rubin is experienced in negotiating and drafting film and television agreements, including rights acquisition, financing, licensing, production, merchandising, and distribution agreements. He additionally advises clients on deal structures and the formation of corporations, joint ventures, and limited liability companies. Mr. Rubin also counsels clients on copyright and trademark matters.

Prior to opening his private law practice in early 2001, Mr. Rubin was Director, Business & Legal Affairs for the United Paramount Network, where he negotiated deals for television pilots, series, movies and specials, and advised the network on legal matters including talent employment, rights clearance, and guild regulations. From 1995 to 1998, he was an associate at the entertainment law firm of Kenoff & Machtinger, where he specialized in motion picture transactional law, intellectual property matters, and litigation. Mr. Rubin also served as Director, Business & Legal Affairs for the business development group of Winfire, Inc., a broadband Internet access and software company.

Mr. Rubin is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B. magna cum laude, 1990) and the UCLA School of Law (J.D., 1995). He is a member of the State Bar of California.
